2024 Neil Adams Memorial "Stays in Vegas" Tournament
Dodgertown West is putting on their Annual Reunion Tournament in Las Vegas and they have invited the WCFBA to play again this year. Here is the information you will need to know:
· Location: Desert Oasis High School, 6600 W Erie Ave, Las Vegas.
· Hotel: The Orleans Hotel and Casino
· Rates: $79 for Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday (may 1st, 2nd and 5th), and $139 for Friday and Saturday nights (May 3rd and 4th). Note: the resort fee is included
A game schedule will be made by the Dodgers, we will release this once they send a copy to us.
The entry fee is $230. Extra adult dinners are available for $65 each.
Hotel Information
There is a room block reserved at The Orleans Hotel and Casino with a group room of $(varies, see below) per night + tax; call 800-675-3267 and mention the code "LADE24C" to get the group price. The room block will be held until Friday, April 5th after which the room block will be released.

Without the reservation code of LADE24C, you will not receive the special rate and you may be advised that the hotel is sold out.
· Group rate cutoff date is April 5th, 2024.
· Hotel offers FREE PARKING, both surface and garage. Valet parking is also free with gratuity at customer discretion.
· Cancellation of an individual guaranteed reservation must be received at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to scheduled arrival date. Rooms released less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to arrival date and all no-shows will be subject to a cancellation penalty equivalent to the first night’s room and tax.

Banquet
Our banquet will be Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at 6:30 pm at The Orleans Hotel and Casino. The cost of the banquet is included for players. For additional guests ages 13 and over, the cost will be $65.00 each and for children ages 12 and under the cost will be $0 each.
The Banquet will be held at the Orleans Hotel and Casino.
There will be a No-Host bar.
Cocktails start at 6:30.
Dinner will be served at 7:30.

Dan Roman has once again arranged for us to play a little golf on Thursday, May 2nd, the day before the Vegas Tournament begins. There are 12 tee times (3 foursomes) at Canyon Gate Country Club. The cost is $100.00/person starting at about noon. Reply to Dan at dan@romansales.com if you're interested in playing.
